How long have you been in your industry?25 years
Why did you choose your industry? After years of watching businesses drown in marketing chaos, I knew I could help simplify and systematize their strategies. I built Rockstarr & Moon to bring clarity, confidence, and results-driven marketing to service-based businesses.
Who are your typical clients? We work with overwhelmed founders and small teams in service-based businesses who are ready to stop guessing and start growing with a clear marketing strategy and repeatable systems.
What do you like best about being in this industry?I love helping business owners feel empowered. Watching the lightbulb go off when they realize they can scale without burning out is why I do what I do.
What are common problems you see?Too many businesses waste time and money on marketing that isn’t tied to strategy. They jump from trend to trend without a clear plan, which leads to frustration and stagnation.
What advice/tips do you have for clients?Stop chasing every shiny object. Focus on what’s working, double down on it, and build simple systems around it. Consistency beats complexity every time.
When is your busy season? We stay busy year-round, but Q1 and Q4 tend to be the busiest as businesses look to start strong or restructure before year-end.
What keeps you up at night?Knowing that so many brilliant entrepreneurs are stuck spinning their wheels with no clear marketing direction—and that I can’t help them all fast enough.
How do you market yourself to grow/expand your business? We lead with value—free playbooks, strategic content, speaking, and partnerships. We focus on showing people exactly how we can help before they ever buy.
How involved are you in the community?Through Rockstarr & Moon, I mentor small business owners and speak on strategic marketing. With Beyond Basic Needs, I support cancer warriors by providing resources, care kits, and emotional support to help them feel empowered and less alone during their journey.
What is your favorite not for profit or charity?Beyond Basic Needs. It’s a nonprofit I founded to support cancer warriors; we are committed to providing essential Chemo Care Kits to those in need. Our mission is to turn care into action, providing an easy and meaningful way for support networks to uplift and comfort those in treatment.
What advice would you give to someone thinking of getting into this business?Get clear on your strengths and don’t try to be everything to everyone. Build frameworks, not just services. And always lead with results, not buzzwords.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?Spending time with my family, traveling, and recharging with live music, or brainstorming new ways to support business owners.
