Short company description:

I run a boutique digital marketing company, focused at the intersection of SEO and paid ads.
I am the founder of Silverman Consulting LLC, an Atlanta based digital marketing agency.

We focus on SEO, search ads, remarketing, social ads, email marketing, growth hacking, account-based marketing (ABM), and digital strategy.

If you had one message to get across to future customers, what would it be?

Ask lots of questions. And make decisions in a reasonable amount of time.

How did you get started in your field of work?

I have always wanted to do marketing – I loved reading magazines and focusing on the ads.

What differentiates you from the competition?

I am not the ‘fivvr’ nor the big expensive agency. I have worked for agencies and they are great, but not for all clients. I like to be flexible in helping clients where they are to get to where they want to be.

What is one tip that you would give when it comes to marketing?

AI is not everything. Foundational marketing work needs to be done before AI really is effective.

The biggest change in marketing that you see coming in the next 5 years is?

Keeping AI in check

How do you help a brand maintain consistency across multiple channels and platforms?

By being consistent and focused.

Can you share a rebranding project that taught you valuable lessons about brand identity?

I worked for Bauerfeind. We ‘reintroduced’ the brand to the American audience. Being consistent and focused was super important.

What strategies do you use to build and maintain brand loyalty in a competitive market?

That’s it: be loyal to customers, consistent, and provide value.

What’s your approach to navigating a brand crisis and rebuilding trust with audiences?

Hire qualified crisis management people to handle it. When you are in the middle of a fire, you don’t want your neighbor’s college age child to manage putting out the fire.
