What are common problems you see?Workforce Development, Lack of Housing, Lack of available infrastructure (water, sewer, gas and electric service)

What advice/tips do you have for clients?Always have a Lawyer and a CPA on your team

How involved are you in the community?Try to be a servant leader. Active in Rotary Club doing service projects

What advice would you give to someone thinking of getting into this business?IF you like solving problems, working on issues and generally helping people accomplish their goals, economic development is a very rewarding career path.

What do you enjoy doing in your free time?Golf, traveling, reading, attending sporting events
